You can choose between two build options to suit your needs:

Shell Option: Perfect for DIY enthusiasts or those who want to finish the interior themselves. This option provides the fully constructed exterior, including walls, roof, windows, and doors, leaving the interior ready for your personal touch.

Fully Built-Out Option: Ready to move in! This option includes electric, plumbing, kitchens, bathrooms, and other features tailored to your needs for a complete, turn-key solution.

Optional Dormers

Looking to add charm and extra functionality? Dormers are available as an upgrade to your Standard Cabin. These stylish additions bring in natural light, increase headroom, and enhance the cabin's architectural appeal, creating a more open and inviting space.

Our Custom Cabins offer everything included in our Standard Cabins, with the added flexibility to create larger, more spacious designs tailored to your unique needs. Starting with the same high-quality foundation as our Standard Cabins, Custom Cabins are built with modular additions to deliver the space and functionality you’re looking for—all while meeting transportation requirements.

Why Additions?

Due to transportation limitations of 14' wide, we design and build your larger cabin in modular sections. For example, a 10' x 28' addition can be seamlessly attached to a 14' x 36' base, creating a spacious and cohesive layout. This approach allows us to deliver a larger cabin to your site and assemble it efficiently while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
